“Discover and Learn” Parent/Child workshop is held in the spring and then again in the fall. It is a big part of being a Family Place Library. Parents and their children (age one to three years of age) are invited into our Community room where together they discover and learn about a multitude of toys, puzzles, a play kitchen, climber, art table and more!
Each week a local “specialist” is available to answer questions parents may have about their child’s development and when needed to connect them with the proper agency that can provide help.
